Our Vision is to give you the latest information on high performance. There is a lot of information on training and athletics that it can become confusing and overwhelming. We want to help you by being your trusted resource for information on mindset, vision, and performance. We bring leaders in their respective fields together to discuss their journey of being their best and how they coach others to succeed on areas of: Strength, Speed, Agility, Movement, Pain Management, Injury Reduction, Vision Training, Nutrition, Mindset, Program Design, High Performance, Recovery, Goal Setting, and Coaching. The underlying vision of this all is to give people courage to be themselves, live their dreams, and speak their voices.

Deanna, aka D, has been an athlete all of her life. She was a multi-sport athlete in high school at St. Michael's in Santa Fe, New Mexico and went on to play basketball on the collegiate level at Seattle University in Washington.
After a serious injury to her shoulder in college, she decided to help others develop their bodies as a machine to help them move without pain. In 2004 she began training and never looked back.
D believes that everyone is an athlete. Whether you are training for a specific event or training for life, she is here to help you. Her training approach is to have fun and work hard. She will push you to your limits, help you to reach your fitness goals, educate you on why she is having you do things, and encourage you to keep fighting!
